Information for citizens of Ukraine
In 2015, on the basis of humanitarian considerations, the migration service has been repeatedly extended to all categories of citizens of Ukraine the period of temporary stay in Russia. The deadline extension ending October 31, 2015.
In this regard, from 1 to 30 November in the territory of the Russian Federation citizens of Ukraine should apply to the Russian Federal Migration Service department to determine their legal status. An exception is made for Ukrainian citizens, who arrived on an emergency en masse from the south-eastern regions of Ukraine. For them, the order of stay remains the same.
